Abstract

In this third and final edition of 2025, we extend our greetings to our entire community of readers of the electronic journal "People and Technology Management," an academic project of the Department of Management Technologies at the Faculty of Technology of the University of Santiago, Chile. This journal, now in its 17th year, continues to embrace new challenges and consolidate its work at both the national and international levels.

In this edition, we would like to remind you that, as part of its 2024 improvement plan, the areas and sub-areas for article publication have been updated.
