Abstract

In this first issue of 2025, No. 52, we salute our entire community of readers of the e-journal "PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT," an academic project of the Department of Management Technologies of the Technological Faculty of the University of Santiago de Chile. This journal has celebrated its 16th anniversary and continues to advance new challenges and consolidate its work at the national and international levels.
