Redefiniendo lo normativo para la Acción Proambiental: El rol de las Normas dinámicas en la promoción de una Ciudadanía Organizacional Proambiental en trabajadores de Lima Metropolitana

Resumen

Este estudio cualitativo explora creencias y actitudes sobre contaminación ambiental y plásticos, investigando el rol de organizaciones y colaboradores mediante 22 entrevistas a trabajadores limeños. Los resultados revelan paradojas entre conocimiento ambiental, respuestas emocionales y acciones concretas. Se identifican patrones como la "parálisis por análisis" en organizaciones con alta conciencia ambiental, y el "pragmatismo transformacional" en organizaciones tradicionales, donde normas dinámicas generan mayor compromiso ambiental individual. La investigación sugiere que estas normas funcionan mejor cuando los comportamientos proambientales emergen como tendencias espontáneas, no como imperativos morales, aportando un nuevo enfoque para fomentar una ciudadanía organizacional proambiental.
