Abstract

The teacher is an agent constructor of the society as a direct actor in the educational process. The teacher forms and promotes transformation to those mental schemes; he seeks quality and generation of skills of the apprentices for their work life. At the same time, the teacher manages the knowledge for his work due to the dynamics and evolution of it which demands to complement this work as well as to consider new models and strategies to facilitate a significant learning. The teacher also conducts investigative processes in search of alternatives to the solution of diverse problems. How does the teacher manage this?. This paper presents some reflections on the challenges that the teacher has every day.
